Charles Taylor announce the appointment of Robert Paxton as the new Managing Director of its Canadian operations, effective October 1, 2024. Paxton, will lead the company’s continued efforts to deliver high-quality, client-centered solutions throughout Canada. 

In addition to these responsibilities, Paxton will continue to serve as Charles Taylor’s Global Head of Strategy and Business Development, bringing a more global dimension to his Canadian role.

Paxton has extensive experience in insurance adjusting, both in Canada and international markets. He has successfully held senior leadership positions within Charles Taylor and has a deep understanding of the company’s unique value proposition. Before joining Charles Taylor, Paxton worked at a leading Canadian law firm as well as a management consultant to global organizations, focused on corporate strategy, operational improvement, and innovation.
