Laetitia joined Charles Taylor Adjusting in April 2014, having gained experience in handling Liability claims in the legal profession, including Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Travel Law and cross border litigation (Rome II). Laetitia developed an interest in handling cyber claims shortly after joining and started responding to incidents as an Incident Manager on CTA First Notification platform.
In 2016, Laetitia became Deputy to the Global Head of Cyber overseeing the development of the team in various locations and further developing the training manual and processes. In September 2019, Laetitia was appointed Global Head of Cyber. Laetitia participated in various seminars and conferences to raise awareness on cyber insurance gaps and overlaps with other policies, the risks of third-party claims etc.
She is regularly instructed to assist with incident management including in complex and multi-jurisdiction ransomware attacks and third party claims for loss of data, to review the response strategy and adjust costs incurred including the adjustment of complex BI and contingency BI losses and to provide coverage reviews and support to Insurers during strategy and settlement meetings as well as “lessons learnt”.
Laetitia also regularly participates in pre-loss discussions with Insureds, Insurers Brokers. Over the years Laetitia was instructed on major losses as an adjuster including the Wannacry claims in 2017. Today, Laetitia oversees a team of around 55-60 Incident Managers and trained Cyber Adjusters globally.
