Jubin is an Associate Mechanical Engineer and Chartered Loss Adjuster with 15 years’ experience adjusting claims in the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the Caribbean.

After graduating with an honour’s degree in engineering from the University of Northumbria, Jubin designed heavy machinery components for a manufacturer in England. He transitioned from mechanical engineering to loss adjusting and then relocated to Abu Dhabi in 2009.

Jubin has adjusted both construction and operational claims in the engineering, power, and oil and gas sectors including losses on the Ruwais Refinery Expansion Project.

He established a successful branch office in Doha and worked on the construction and operational phases of the stadiums that were built for the Qatar FIFA World Cup 2022. 

Jubin is a regular attendee of professional industry workshops and continuing education courses. He is an Associate of the International Federation of Adjusting Associations, a European Loss Adjusting Expert and an examiner for the UK Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.

Jubin has worked for both insurers and reinsurers on complex losses.
