Marine fuels
Our laboratory is entrusted by the most known players in the shipping industry for testing bunker samples relative to stemmings all around the globe.
Chemical and Petrochemical products
Back in 1952, the vast majority of liquid bulk cargoes loaded and discharged were vegetable oils and Chemical cargoes such as aromatics (Benzene, Toluene and Xylene) and chlorinated (Perchloro Ethilene, Tricloro ethylene). Since then Cosulich Consultants laboratory has widened its spectrum of chemical cargoes testing to virtually all cargoes routinely transported by sea, becoming a point of reference for chemical cargoes testing in Italy and Europe.
Water
During the past 25 years we have developed testing partnership with specialized laboratories in the field of water analyses. Today we are able to provide our clients with a wide range of testing protocols with regards to potable water, ballast water treatments systems (BWTS) and microbiological testings in accordance to ISO and ASTM specifications.
Vegetable Oils & Biofuels
Our lab is highly specialized in testing of Vegetable oils and Biofuels, with particular focus on Coconut oil, Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil and FAMEs.
Our laboratory is one of the few laboratories in Italy and Europe to be accredited by FOSFA (Federation of Oils, Seeds & Fats associations).
