"My son is currently in Canada, has one of your insurance policies and following a ski accident is having to claim on his policy. The team have been fantastic - really helpful and supportive - in guiding him through the steps he needs to follow to get the medical advice he needs and now getting him back to the UK - he’s having to come home earlier than planned. Brodie has learning difficulties, he’s severely dyslexic and has short term memory challenges, which impacts on his ability to process things, which he does more slowly than the ‘average’ person and whilst I’ve sent him a list of questions to ask the manner in which all of your team members have guided him have made the whole thing far less stressful for him and me!
