Our graduate adjusters investigate large and complex insurance losses that occur in the aviation, energy, marine and property fields. Picture the scene – a bulk carrier and a containership collide outside a large port, spilling oil and losing containers into the sea. You are appointed to provide crucial advice on legal and other aspects of the insurance claim, and it’s up to you to decide who pays for what and where the liabilities lie.
Loss adjusting and average adjusting is extremely varied work and no two cases will ever be the same. You will act as an impartial intermediary between businesses and their insurers, advising on the extent of liability when it comes to damage and other issues.
