    Guntur holds the Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP) qualification and brings nearly 40 years of experience in handling a wide range of claims in Indonesia. As the Managing Director of Charles Taylor Adjusting Indonesia/PT Radita Hutama Internusa, he has played a key role in the company’s growth, significantly enhancing both technical capabilities and expanding the team of experts across the country. Under his leadership, the company now operates in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Balikpapan, Palembang, and Pekanbaru, servicing sectors including construction and engineering, natural resources, property and casualty, power and renewable energy, technical and special risks, average adjusting, marine cargo surveying and adjusting, recovery, motor vehicles, and Third-Party Administration (TPA). Guntur’s leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the company's reputation for high-quality claims adjusting services. He also served as the Chairman of the Asosiasi Penilai Kerugian Asuransi Indonesia (The Association of Indonesian Insurance Adjusters) from 2003 to 2008, contributing to the development of the profession in Indonesia.
