Charles Taylor’s head of special investigation services, Simon Cook, is to be a key speaker at this year’s virtual ITIC Global Connected (International Travel and Health Insurance Conference); sharing insights into regional variations in consumer and provider insurance fraud.

The conference organisers say, “With insurers’ bottom lines under serious pressure this year, keeping a close eye on billing practices is going to be key to recovery going forward.”

Simon Cook and his team work closely with Charles Taylor Adjusting to provide seamless loss adjusting, fraud investigation and claims validation services for multiple insurance product lines in the UK and overseas.

Recent successes for the team include winning the title of International Fraud Investigation Team of the Year at this year’s Insurance Post Fraud Awards, where it was also selected as a finalist for Independent Fraud Investigation Team of the Year.
